Plot:
Anne (Toni Collette) and her husband Steven (Gabriel Byrne) live with their eldest son Pete (Alex Wolff), and their little daughter Charlie (Milly Shapiro) is raised by Anne's mother Allen. In fact, the relationship between Anne and her mother is very estranged. After Allen's death, Charlie returned to his parents. Since Charlie returned home, strange events have occurred one after another in the family. Mysterious totems, strange names and elusive uninvited guests have shrouded the family in a depressing atmosphere. Due to Pete's negligence, a car accident took Charlie's life.
