The film tells the story of Cao Yanbing (played by Jiro Wang), the descendant of Wei Wu, who is the soul-suppressing commander of Luosha Street and vows to protect the stability of the spirit realm. The unexpected intrusion of Xia Ling (played by An Yuexi), a spirit-hosting person, triggers a drastic change in the spirit realm. The mysterious evil force that has been secretly coveting it launches a surprise attack, causing the barrier between the human world and the spirit realm to be destroyed. In order to protect their homeland, partners, and morality in their hearts, Cao Yanbing and his happy enemy Xia Ling embark on a journey to calm the soul.
