Plot:
Japanese emerging director Nagakuni won the Sundance Film Festival Global Feature Film Jury Special Award and the Berlin Film Festival New Generation Unit Youth Jury Special Mention for his first feature film "My Parents Died, But I Don't Want to Cry". It tells the story of four teenagers who cannot shed sincere tears when facing the death of their parents. Like cold-blooded zombies, they decided to form a band and embark on a long journey to find blood and tears. The film uses the fun mode of simulating RPG games, allowing the audience and the characters to fight monsters together. In addition to the wonderful performances of young actors, it also attracted a group of actor and actresses such as Nagase Masatoshi, Kikuchi Rinko, Ikematsu Sosuke, and Sasaki Kuranosuke to help interpret the representative spirit of different generations.
