A stubborn old man Xingqi (Park Geun-hyung) works in a supermarket in an old town in South Korea. The boss is young, but his business is threatened by a new supermarket in the new district. He hopes to get compensation for reconstruction to help him out of his predicament, but unfortunately the old man opposes it, which delays the reconstruction plan of the entire old district. The old man who lives alone falls in love with his neighbor Jinni (Yin Ruzhen), a flower shop owner. The two old people want to muster up the courage to fall in love, but the other party's daughter opposes it.
