Plot:
Edward James Olmos (Blade Runner 2049, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) will direct and star in a new film, The Devil Has a Name, with David Strathairn (The Blacklist, Godzilla) also starring. The film is defined as "a black comedy about the environment" and is adapted from a true story. It tells the story of a mentally disturbed oil tycoon and a stubborn farmer who have a fierce confrontation because the farm's water is polluted by oil. Strathairn plays the farmer, and Olmos plays a Mexican immigrant and confidant. Rob McEveety wrote the script, and True Navigator Media invested and produced it.
