It tells the story of a boy named Adam who is diagnosed with schizophrenia. He goes to a new school and starts taking new medication. At first, the effect seems good, but soon the truth comes out and he is forced to make some difficult decisions. Russell plays Maya, Adam's dream lover, and Rob plays Rebecca, the main character in Adam's hallucinations, as a channel for his emotions that he cannot express. Nick Naveda wrote the script based on the novel of the same name by Julia Walton, and Mickey Liddell & Pete Shilaimon ("The First Lady" and "Ape Operation") produced it.
