This drama is adapted from the novel of the same name that won the 2016 Public Funding Excellence Award. Set in North Korea, this drama mainly tells the story of a psychiatrist who can make patients and those around them feel at ease in this crazy world. Kim Min-jae plays the title role for the first time since his debut, playing the role of Liu Shifeng, the best psychiatrist in the inner hospital who is favored by the royal family. Kim Hyang-gi plays the role of Seo Eun-woo in the drama, who lives a difficult and hard life.
