It tells the story of a blind pianist Maria Theresia von Paradis, who regained some of her sight due to special treatment by a doctor. But when she regained her sight, God took away her sensitivity to music. She could play the piano with great skill, but because she could see the keyboard, her sound became mediocre. The story is adapted from a true story.
