In early summer, in a village in northern Turkey, Lale and her four sisters were walking home from school, playing innocently with the boys. However, this behavior was regarded as a scandal of indiscretion, which led to terrible consequences. Family life became a prison, and they said goodbye to school and prepared for marriage. The five sisters all yearned for freedom, and they found a way to break out of this prison.
