Dwight "The General" Manfredi, the former head of the New York Mafia, was released from prison after serving a 25-year sentence, but was exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma by his boss. Dwight realized that his mob family did not have his best interests in mind, so he gradually built a "team" from a group of people he did not imagine to help him build a new criminal empire in a completely unfamiliar place.
