Nicolas Cage, Ron Perlman, Ashley Greene, Jackie Earle Haley (Watchmen), Joel David Moore (Avatar), and Grace Byers (Empire) will star in the new action film The Retirement Plan. The film was written and directed by Tim J. Brown, and the cast also includes Ernie Hudson (Modern Family), Rick Fox (The Big Bang Theory), Lynn Whitfield (Love Together), and Talia Campbell. The film tells the story of Ashley (Greene) and her young daughter Sarah (Campbell) being threatened by a criminal group. Ashley went to the only person who could help her-her estranged father Matt (Cage). Matt lived a retired beach bum life in the Cayman Islands. Their reunion was fleeting because they were soon tracked down on the island by crime boss Donny (Earle Haley) and his deputy Bobo (Pullman). As Ashley, Sarah and Matt are drawn into an increasingly dangerous web, Ashley soon learns that her father has a secret past that she knows nothing about. Filming begins this Friday in the Cayman Islands.
