The film tells the story of a young, ambitious film student (Honor Swinton Byrne) who begins her first love with a charming, mysterious man (Tom Burke). She tries to separate reality from fiction and defies her overprotective mother (Tilda Swinton), while the relationship is dangerously close to destroying her dreams.
