The film tells the story of Li Ling (Huang Lu), a girl from a fishing village, who leaves her hometown to pursue love and dreams in the city. One night, the phone rings and tells her that her mother (Lu Yijing) is completely blind. After returning to her hometown, she faces the misunderstanding between her brother and her mother's surreal understanding of her illness. Gradually feeling confused, she entrusts her spirit to Chen Sang (Wu Pengfeng), the owner of a bar where bands perform on weekdays. The ambiguous feelings between the two lead each other to their desire for self-awareness and spiritual comfort.
