Xiao Ang, a Chinese veteran, travels across borders to search for his missing girlfriend who was kidnapped by a foreign criminal group, and meets Win Than, a Burmese youth who is also looking for his relatives. The two follow clues to Pakong, a lawless area in Southeast Asia, and are drawn into the vortex of struggle among local dark forces. In order to save their relatives and friends and uphold justice, they join forces to fight gangs and warlords one after another. As the forces of various parties rise and fall, the real face of the mastermind gradually emerges.
