The members of Task Force X, who were imprisoned in the Dream Prison, were given a new mission that could reduce their sentences. They went to the island nation of Coto Malta in South America to destroy the Jotunheim Prison and Laboratory left over from the Nazi era, which is currently used to detain political prisoners and conduct human experiments. During the mission, Task Force X encountered the giant alien starfish Starro and clashed with it.
