Geylang is a place with many shops and restaurants, and is famous for its colorful red-light district. In a night that seems to have no end, a doctor, a prostitute, a cigarette seller, a politician, a tortoise, five people from different classes who do not know each other, each for love, power and profit, staged a series of wrong pursuits and killings. Fate is intertwined, there is no right or wrong, only a struggle for interests, and the five people are colorful, reflecting a microcosm of society. Director Kwong Tze-kwan teamed up with Bruce Lee to explore the unknown secrets of human nature in Singapore's red-light district in a crisscrossed and confusing neo-noir film.
