The film tells the story of two police officers from Diyarbakir Province in southeastern Turkey who go to New York to bring back a powerful Turkish terrorist who was arrested in the United States. He will be handed over to the Turkish authorities by the FBI. As a devout Muslim, is he really a terrorist?
