"Perfect Creatures" imagines a world where humans and vampires coexist peacefully. When an epidemic begins to sweep across the human race, a vampire turns to attack humans. This delicate balance seems to be broken, and the church sends Silus to capture the traitor Edgar among the vampires. Silus and a human police officer (Burrows) will find Edgar hiding in the dark underground.
