This film tells the story of Chen Huan, a young and passionate cartoonist, who insisted on his own opinion and created a passionate action-packed comic with anti-war and peace themes. In the comic created by Chen Huan, the protagonist Wang Shu (played by Xie Mengwei) becomes an anti-war messenger. In order to achieve peace in the war-torn areas, he repeatedly went deep into danger without hesitation in the process of snatching the "module" from the hostile forces, faced the threat of death, staged a life-and-death battle, and portrayed bloodthirstiness and darkness vividly.
