Bai Haoyu (played by Sheng Yilun) returns from studying abroad and wants to meet his childhood sweetheart Huizhen (played by Dilireba). Huizhen used to be a beautiful girl with a promising future, but now she is just an inconspicuous supermarket stock clerk. In order not to disappoint Bai Haoyu, Huizhen finds her rich and beautiful bestie Xia Qiao (played by Li Xirui) and asks her to pretend to meet Bai Haoyu.
