In order to avoid regrets in the future, Mingxiang (Dong Mingxiang), who is about to graduate from university, takes a leave of absence and rides a bicycle alone to start a round-the-island trip against the wind starting from Kaohsiung. Mingxiang encounters all kinds of people along the way, in addition to the beautiful scenery in various places: workers who want to create dreams with images are wholeheartedly capturing the wind of the Pacific Ocean; young female models from Lithuania tell him on the beach in Hualien that there are no mountains in her country; elementary school female teachers who are about to retire tell him about their reluctance to leave; strangers who are tour guides and drivers (Wu Nianzhen) share lunch boxes with him while telling him about the lives of these laid-off female workers in front of him... More importantly, through the brief contact with these people and the countless hardships he has suffered, Mingxiang has a deeper understanding of life.
