This drama is adapted from the manga of the same name. It tells the story of an inconspicuous college student who enters the Ikebukuro underground society as a "tool dealer" who deals in illegal tools, and how he survives among extraordinary bad guys such as the underworld, semi-corrupt groups, and the Chinese Mafia. It is a new crime suspense story that is sometimes humorous and sometimes urgent.
